Philip D. Pfirrmann

President of Genesis Capital, Mr. Pfirrmann has been involved in asset-based financing since 1981. He was involved in equity and debt placement for Century Financial Services in Irvine, CA for three years, and then co-founded GoodSmith & Co. in Costa Mesa, CA in 1984, serving as its VP Finance and CFO for ten years where he was principally responsible for managing the company's equity and debt placement. Mr. Pfirrmann co-founded Genesis Capital Corporation in Mission Viejo, CA in 1994 and has served as its President for 28 years. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Business Economics from the USC School of Business and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the USC Graduate School of Business. Mr. Pfirrmann heads Genesis Capital's California office and is responsible for pricing, structuring, and deal management.

Managing Director Andrea Roberts has been involved in asset-based financing since 1979. She syndicated equity and debt financings at Citibank for ten years primarily in the energy, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors. In 1990, Mrs. Roberts joined Capstar Partners, a leasing boutique backed by Long Term Credit Bank of Japan, as a senior member of the team where she was primarily involved in syndicating leasing transactions of transportation and manufacturing equipment. In 1994, she co-founded Genesis Capital Corporation and serves as Managing Director. Mrs. Roberts holds a B.A. and M.A. in European History from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Columbia Graduate School of Business. She heads Genesis Capital's New York and Florida offices and is responsible for deal origination and syndication.
